We define diversity as the multiple dimensions of an individual that, when combined, provide a holistic view. These include but are not limited to: race, gender, ethnicity, sexuality, perspective, thinking styles, abilities, neurodiversity, and much more. Our strategic and creative approach toward often obscure and uncomfortable subjects sets us apart as a thought-leaders in the DEI space. And our equitable and inclusive solutions maximize individual potential while building more inviting communities.

These philosophies empower each individual to be the owner of their own experience while allowing space for all lived experiences. ➤ Facilitated more than 70 racial healing sessions for national and international audiences, to date
➤ Partnered with several local organizations to create summer programs and weekend STEM workshops for Shorter College, Life Skills for Youth, The Links Inc, and more. Minorities are underrepresented in the field of STEM. While there are several factors contributing to this we believe “you can’t be, what you can’t see” so we aim to change that.
➤ Offering pro-bono summer workshops to Arkansas public schools focusing on one of our featured programs “Intentional Inclusivity in the Classroom.” Discrimination and implicit bias impact every social system especially healthcare, education, and social justice. Education is the backbone of any community. Yet, policies, procedures and disciplinary practices, most often, have an adverse effect on students of color. Our workshops are designed to educate and dismantle unjust actions.
